Was begining with HAM Radio like SWL(UA3-170-859) in 1985 year,my first teacher in HamRadio Vladimir Chupov(UA3AKY).
First license in 1989 like UV3AGD,but made QRM not so long time becouse at that time to me 18 years already were executed and it was necessary to go in army(autumn 1989-autumn 1991)!Was the radio operator on a communication center in small settlement Kamenka that near to Vyborg
1991 year-Disintegration of the Soviet union....
After army it was necessary to adjust the affairs, work, etc. so worked on air too very little, and in 1993 prefixes (as in general that and all in the country) have exchanged and I have received the new license as RX3AGD...
And to this day I use this call sign.

Iam using all ways for QSLing(bureau,direct,eQSL.cc,LoTW)..never understand when everybody spelling "NO eQSL"..it is very other them simple QSL(paper)-cards,but it good way do save log...and now eQSL's accepted for CQ magazine awards
